About WECanN

Rooted in lived experience. Driven by care. United in purpose.

We believe the powerful combination of coaching, cultural humility, and trauma- and resilience-informed care can bridge the gaps newcomers — particularly women — face as they build new lives in Canada.

Our Mission

To re-ignite the power within newcomer women to reclaim their lives, respect, voices and achieve their dreams within their Canadian community.

Our Vision

An inclusive community where newcomer women feel valued and inspired to realize their dreams.

Our Goal

Create a safe, accepting environment where newcomer women feel they belong — building sustaining relationships, healing, and inspiring one another.

"Through ongoing collaboration with community partners, provincial and federal governments, we aim to create a seamless service system — breaking down societal barriers through education, research, and advocacy."
